Get ready to groove. I mean, that’s what I do every time I hear Aaron cook up something funky.

This summer marks the first time in several years that we will be having all of the California Warped Tour shows in one week. This means its the perfect time for those of you on the west coast to plan a ROAD TRIP!
The first stop in Cali will be in Irvine at the new Great Park location followed byPomona, San Francisco and Ventura. For these shows we are teaming up with Rock and Bus to offer bus trips directly to each venue as well as to coordinate this road trip! Make sure to pick up your tickets to these shows on our website or in person at participating Vans stores while supplies last!
Sounds like some good fun to me.
Find me at the San Francisco one!

We’re hitting you, on this lovely Wednesday afternoon, with a track from our encounter with Live Nation Labs. If it stings, we’d say sue us, but our band fund is a meager, meager thing. Rather, exchange words/feelings with us on Facebook or Twitter or here and we’ll discuss alternative options.
Ok, honestly, talk with us. We are, as are manager tells us, “hyper-active kids.”

Bear Attack is now streaming its new EP “Shapes” on Bandcamp.
Back in November, the band raised over $5,500 through Kickstarter to record the EP and celebrated its release at its show on April 27.
The six-track EP is the culmination of a very successful year and a reflection of the band’s growth.
“Shapes” begins with the song “Mother” and its beautiful piano intro. The song is kicked into drive once some guitar pedal effects and the drums join the mix. “Mother” progressively gains more momentum and builds into an explosive section featuring a guitar solo before mellowing out again.
The vocal harmonies of Eric Radloff and Mia Minichiello are atmospheric in the way their voices drape over the music. Their voices have a sincere quality in every song, allowing each lyric to be believable.
The EP is perfect to listen to while taking a drive, going on an adventure, sitting in your room, doing homework and probably doing just about anything else.
“Shine,” the closing song, has every element that perfectly showcases what Bear Attack is all about. From soft yet effective vocals, a piano melody and a bridge that could give anyone goosebumps, it pretty much wraps “Shapes” together like a present.
If you haven’t purchased or received a physical copy yet, stream the EP for free HERE.

New Maroon 5 Cover Video
Artist: Paradise Fears
Song: “Payphone” featuing Wiz Khalifa
Pretty good cover. Only criticism is the faster tempo. The original is more “in-the-pocket” and laid back. The quicker tempo takes away from the smooth groove that is probably my favorite part of the song.
