New Noise Coalition Live Session
Artist: Nilu Madadi
Track: ” Sing For You” (live)
Nilu is a singer-songwriter that shouldn’t go unnoticed. She fuses classical and rock music together by using both traditional and modern instrumentation and songwriting. Her voice is smoothly soulful, perhaps a product of being inspired by Lauryn Hill, Sia and Amy Winehouse.
This spring, she will have a brand new EP. You can download “Sing For You” by clicking to watch this video on Youtube, where the link is.

Fall in love with a performance
You know when you’re watching someone perform and you stand there blown away by what your experiencing?
Yeah, those are my favorite kind of shows. I went to one of those last night.
I go to a lot of my friends shows on campus and I can’t get over the talent that USC students in the Pop Music Program have.
Best performance last night? Matias Mora. He is a freaking ball of explosive fire on stage. I look for performers like him who go all out on stage. He happens to be my good friend’s roommate.
Major crushing on his performance. Yes, you can fall in love with a performance.

“Look At Me Now”-Live performance by Chris Brown and Justin Bieber
No matter how hard I try to hate this song and the awful chorus, it still gets stuck in my head. Oh, and JB rapping Luda’s part? Didn’t expect that. lol

Debut of The Beat Advocate’s “All of the Lights”
Straight from the prestigious school of USC, The Beat Advocate never disappoints when it comes to their music or performances. Every show of theirs is energetic and fun. Each member exerts talent and puts their hearts and souls into every note and every move. I have to say, they are one of my favorite live bands.
They’re just getting started, wait until things start getting big for them. I’m so lucky to call some of them my friends.
